We integrate psychological knowledge of change with holistic concepts of self to focus on healing wounds that are carried unnecessarily from experience to experience. We permit a safe place to expand and grow beyond pain and suffering. We consider the development and organization of the whole being - within the context of experiences across various environments, societal expectations and norms, and beyond. We believe that it is possible to expand and grow our unique beautiful selves by opening our hearts to understand the innate being within and allowing the creation of new ways of experiencing our existence.
