Get to Know ME
I am a Mental Health Therapist with graduate training in Clinical Psychology and over 5.5 years of supervised clinical experience under registered psychologists. My background includes both therapeutic work and training and supervised experience in formal psychological assessment, allowing for a deep and nuanced understanding of each individual’s needs. I provide services as a Mental Health Therapist and not currently registered as a Psychologist in Canada.
I help individuals and couples reconnect with their authentic selves - the part of you that feels grounded, alive, and fully you. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that lead to anxiety, grief, relational challenges, or a persistent sense that something is missing. Together, we explore what lies beneath these experiences, helping you understand and work through the emotional, cognitive, and relational patterns that hold you back - both within yourself and in your relationships.
When working with couples, I support partners in understanding their patterns of communication and connection, navigating conflict more effectively, and rebuilding trust and emotional closeness.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic-informed approaches. I tailor therapy to each person, and each relationship, combining insight, reflection, and practical strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.
I believe that every person has an innate drive toward growth and wholeness, and therapy can be a space where this potential is realized. You can expect to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, process emotional pain safely, and gain tools to live a more empowered, grounded, and fulfilling life.
My work is particularly suited for those ready to explore the deeper roots of their patterns, transform long-standing challenges, and reconnect with a sense of self-worth. If you are ready to understand yourself more deeply and move toward a life that feels aligned, alive, and self-directed, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
