Rental Fees 

We operate with full transparency in regards to the rental costs. We want you to choose a space that works best for you so you can love spending time with Aspirations Inc. Rental prices reflect the spaciousness and unique layouts of our offices, centralized location in Edmonton, free parking and wifi for yourself and your clients, and the professional yet coziness of operating from a historical residence nestled in a well established community that has been zoned for commercial use.

We have four distinct spaces for rent:

1) Main Floor - Very large office offering a corresponding play/sandplay therapy area within the space

2) West Office - A large upper floor space with a ceiling skylight 

3) North Office - Two sized spaces to rent with this office - There is a smaller inner office with double wood/glass paned doors or you can expand the rental space to include the adjoining space - doubling the size encompassing entire North upper side of our building.

4) Lower Level Office/Space -  Medium sized south facing office that has bright light through its two windows. The office is equipped with a locked closet. Enjoy the privacy of the lower level with a locked door separating from the upper floors, its own washroom, meeting/gathering space, kitchen and entrance. The office can be rented independently or rent the entire lower floor to expand the space to include the meeting/gathering space as your own waiting room and use the side entrance to operate even more privately.

Note: The kitchen & laundry on the lower level are designated as common spaces, additional arrangements could be negotiated if full lower level was required. 

We offer the following rental options: 

1) Hourly 

2) 4hr increment Time Blocks

3) Monthly options with Non-exclusive or Exclusive Rights of Use (prices below).  

    a) Non-Exclusive Rights of Use - includes 40hrs/week reserved shared office space 

    b) Exclusive Rights of Use - includes 7 days a week - 24hrs/day

Minimum Rental Commitment Required:  1 4hr weekly Time Block 

Furnished offices 

$ 1300-1800/month

  Includes use of a fully furnished and functional therapy space. Each office includes a chairs/couch, desk, locking door, outlets designated for heaters/fans to offer more climate control, use of telephone, and Wifi.

Rental also includes the use of the following shared spaces: washrooms, waiting rooms, kitchen, and laundry.

Monthly       $1300 - 1800

Four - Eight Hours       $95

Four Hours (4hrs)       $ 70

Hourly (<4hrs)           $ 25

Unfurnished spaces

$1300 -1500/month

Includes use of an unfurnished meeting/gathering space adjacent to our shared kitchen space. Kitchen & Gathering Space can be rented for half - full day events - including groups, cooking demonstrations, team building events, business meetings etc.

Office: Full Month            $1300-1500

Group Space: Day (>4hrs - 8hrs)   $95

Group Space: Half Day (<4hrs)     $60

Group Space: Hourly                   $25

Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible to rent space?

Any person who by Alberta Law and Canada Revenue Agency is considered a Sole Proprietor or an Incorporated Business AND is conducting professional services that are conducive to our space. 

How long are the Rental Terms

Rental Contracts are issued for a minimum of 6 months - 5 years.

When is rent due?

A deposit for the rental space is collected at the time of signing contracts, along with the collection of a valid credit card to secure the contract against any incidentals that may exceed the deposit. 

Rental fees are due on the first day of each month. 

Rental fees can be automatically charged to credit card or can be deposited by E-transfer. 

A credit card transaction fee of 3% applies whenever credit card is charged.

Can I also be a Service Provider?

Absolutely! If you are a Registered or Registered Provisional Psychologist renting space with Aspirations you may also be considered to hold a Service Provider Contract in which you would be able accept referrals and offer services to Aspirations Inc clients.
